“I came into Viney Hearing Care after I originally had an appointment scheduled elsewhere to deal with an issue of blocked hearing due to wax in my right ear that elsewhere they were unable to resolve. From the beginning at Viney, the team were so friendly and welcoming and took a look at my ear without an appointment which was so appreciated as I was on my lunch hour with limited time.
I had the first microsuction session (which is not painful at all) and despite a lot being removed, they couldn’t get it all so I needed to use some drops to soften the wax and return the following week. I returned today and they were able to remove it all and I can now hear again! There was no charge until the second appointment when the wax was all removed and I could hear.
